Default What DAC do you use with your minisharc?

What DACs are people using for their minisharcs? Ii am considering using the minisharc in my new 4-way active project and just want to get some ideas for D/A conversion. Thanks!

Currently using 2 x Curryman DAC's, but leaving enough room in the case to up-grade to 4 at a latter date... Also believe Curryman is working on a add-on board to allow easier connection of DAC's and includes buffered I2S outputs, plus easier input access for I2S-IN with Slave / Master mode [newest firmware option].

If you want to be posh, go for the Twisted Pear Audio multichannel Buffalo III DAC. Run it in voltage mode and you won't need 4 line-stages. Or burn loads of money and go with 4 x Legato I/V line-stage or OPC's NTD1 [v3 out soon'ish].

Paul.

I use Buffalo III in my setup, with home-made IV-stages based on TP's IVY3.

Crumboo's setup is indeed first class with the Buffalo. I'm sure that Paul's setup with his Curryman DAC must be very similar in quality knowing that DAC does work very well. Both easy option and already tested by the community
