Default Linkwitz transform on the base of miniDSP

Hi everybody!
I have an idea to build a three-way speaker with active bass only and Linkwitz transform. This speaker should be uncompromising quality.
To build Linkwitz transform I view as one of the options to use the devices miniDSP.
But I think that is a very important effect on the quality will provide ADC and DAC, as embedded in the miniDSP I'm not really sure.
I also think of increasing the sampling rate to 24/96 kHz.
Based on which device Linkwitz transform will be the best quality? Can I use for this purpose miniSHARC?
How should connect with miniDSP ADC and DAC, and how to synchronize the whole system?
I would be very grateful for the constructive advice with the condescension on inexperience))
