Assembled the drivers and the stuffings (added 2 more layers of compressed polyfill only behind the drivers to improve articulation of the bass).....and here it is in action.....

You can wire them in series or parallel, depending on whether you want a 16ohm or 4ohm nominal load.

I connected them in parallel for the 4ohm load. After 400 hours the 4ohm load is still easy to drive.
