Smile Walk 4 us !

Hi Mark,

Very good to see you're getting better.
Double good news should I say, as you are now having 4km walks.

It's been 3 years now that I started to go to and return from my job walking.
The distance for me is 4km in the morning and 4 more at the end of the day.

Good to lower wheight, but also an unexpected effect on my thoughts : incredible the number of problems I eased or solutioned during these walks !

So this new walking activity is a double good news, first for helping you to recover and second for all of your speakers enthusisats, your creativity will be enhanced by a huge factor.

Take care of you.
Cheers

A good mix of Mediterranean and macrobiotic dietary principle...
low red meat, raw/brown rice , no sugar ie industrial stuff like coka and so...,pasta ,whole-wheat bread.

btw I'm not expert .....

Hi Nicoch,
Thanks for this info. Anything else you find, please pass on - cheers
Mark.

Great to hear you're doing so well Mark. You'll know tomorrow if you "over did it".

Hi Jeff,
Yes, so far I'm doing alright today but your right, its a stop-go stop-go situation. Quite difficult to smooth out the recovery. Bit like designing drivers

Cheers
Mark.
