Take your time. Take plenty of time. Nothing more important than a complete recovery. Glad to hear you're making improvements and keeping your sense of humor.

Been away from sight a while so I missed this until now. Anyhow, blessings Mark and might I add I whole heartily believe you are one of the finest speaker engineer/designers in the trade today. BTW, 12P is a masterpiece!

Wishing you a fast recovery and a healthy return to your art.

Sincerely,

Ramon

Hi Chaps,
Glad of the support and encouragement! I'm feeling happy that I've just began to post in the woofer thread, but fast running out of steam so had to end input sadly. Hope to build up another batch of steam soon.

Cheers
Mark.

I'm held back by post-operative pain (gradually reducing thank the gods) and an 8Kg loss in body mass. Given that I only weighed 77Kg to start with, I can certainly say I'm now a very slim fella. Walking and dong general chores takes it out of me, I'm constantly short on energy. However, these losses are gradually reducing. The Doc was right, it is going to take well over a month to return to near normal service.

So please accept my apologies for lack of replies and input to some outstanding threads. I will get back to chatting on the threads, just taking me longer than anticipated.

Cheers
Mark

Hello,
step by step to better to condition.

Have you adjusted or do know you can try to hit bad cells by low carb diet?

Low-carbohydrate, high-protein diets may reduce both tumor growth rates and cancer risk

Hi Cal,
I'd really like to get into a steam room, ease up my back and joints. Happy to report I'm feeling a bit more my old self this morning. Going to attempt a 4Km walk in an hour or so. I've gotta start getting fit!
Cheers
Mark.

Hi HKK,
Many many thanks for this info. I'm doing allot of research into risk reduction (diet, fitness etc) so this info is very useful. I'm now an early(ish) stage 2 Colon cancer survivor so I must take all opportunities to Max my long term health. I want to be designing drivers in my 70's with luck.

On the good side, I've been wanting to slim down for several years, all sorted now! I can fit into my old wet suit again!!!!

Cheers
Mark.

Jiminy Crickets man! 4km? I thought you weren't well? The last time I went 4 km was because my car broke down! Take it easy friend, no need to prove the Superman side of things just yet.

Kidding of course, hope it's great walk. A walk where you get to soak in all that nature has to offer.
