well, partially built - due to the design if bracing nested snugly to magnet assembly, I'm awaiting drivers / confirmation of dimensions from Mark (or Colin / Scott) - whichever comes first

Wow... Looks like this new driver goes as high as anyone would want. Curious to see now how low it will go in the new cabinets!
Looks like this is going to be my first Markaudio purchase! ![]() Taz. |

Given the low frequency drop-off, could this be a good candidate for a BL horn by Scottmoose in the future? The SuperFrugalHorn?

Hi,
Some posts in this thread indicate (if I understand correctly) that the A12P will need a bigger box vs the previous gen A12 Metal. However the new Pensil 12 cab for the A12P comes to ~53 litres, while the old Pensil box was ~67 litres. The main reason for this would be reduction in box depth. Are we looking at similar LF extension from a smaller volume, or am I missing something? - Zia |

Hi, not sure if I should post it here, but I have already sent an enquiry to your support e-mail,but I haven't gotten a reply yet. I read from this forum that you sell direct to Singapore (where I live). I am very interested in the A12P. If it os possible, can you PM me the price, with shipping if possible, for a pair of 12P. Also, can someone confirm if 19mm marine ply is good enough for a super Pensil build?
Thanks! |

Quip,
If it is good quality marine plywood (void free and high number of layers), it should be fine. How many layers do you have on the plywood you are talking about? |

I haven't gotten the wood yet, but just wanted to ask.. High number of layers. Hot it. Thanks!
