Sorry about photo resolution, but here are the PE .25cf cabs with MarkAudio CHP70.2's installed. I used a router to rebate the baffle and oscillating sander to champher the inside of the driver cutout. This second step seemed necessary due to the thickness of the baffle. The low end and overall detail is of the CHP70s are quite remarkable and they're very forgiving of harsh digital sources in these PE cabs! (although not to the same level of midrange magic I've found in P10 minifonken cabs). Overall, I'm very impressed CHP70s and am blown away by their value. Thanks Dave for the port recommendation (1" x 6cm).
