Ok changed it to a .5" high while still being 4" wide (so an 8:1 aspect ratio) and the vent is now 2.51" long. Sound good?

Can you make it bigger to get it longer? How wide is your box? Certainly > 4"?

Yeah, box is 8.5" wide theorized with .75" material so I widened to 6" with 3/8" tall vent and the vent 2.49" long. That gives an aspect ratio of 15.4838... we're getting there

Leave it 1/2" or higher to get it longer.

If you make it the entire width of the box, it should be easier to build.

Very good point. 7" wide will take into account the .75" on each side for width of the material. Gives me a 14:1 aspect ratio with a port depth of 4.53". NOW we're there

Is there a dealer for Markaudio drivers in the UK or Europe?

Thanks, Tony.
