Alpair 12 Woden Solstice

I'm curious if anyone has built these yet?

I think its a really cool looking design but couldn't find any more info on them. Did I miss it somewhere? The size doesn't bother me, I just wonder how these would do vs a SuperPencil12 or similar design?

Performance should be very similar to the superPensil.

Would you like to be a beta test?

Ok. And the SuperPensil12 is one of the better designs out for that driver isn't it? I'm thinking of replacing my Strata Mini's ... I don't expect 27hz response like my Minis give of course

What would beta testing involve?

We would love to do a beta test with the Solstice. A couple dozen AudioKarma members will be converging at a cabinet shop (in Central Massachusetts) in February and will either be building a Super Pensil or this design (if you need another beta, that is).
