Thanks for clarifying. I'm not meaning to offend, but your replies seem to be a little terse.

Are you able to share any of the results for the Pensil series enclosures? I'm sure I'm not the only one who would find the data informative.

There is plenty of data you can search on acoustical properties of different woods; there's no lack of it. Being a natural & variable product however, you can only really take it as very general indications.

By all means spin this off into a separate thread, but I hope it might develop and add understanding that will enable the maximum to be extracted from Mark's Alpair drivers, and the cabinets designed for us to use with them.
