Default The Mains Man’s Monthly Offer

New for 2018 we bring you a monthly offer of a “must have” product that offers exceptional value for money and top performance guaranteed.

The set ships with a UK mains plug, if you need an EU or USA mains plug we can include one instead with an adjustment on price.

This month we have a rather exceptional DIY mains power lead set from the world’s number one mains accessory brand Furutech of Japan. The set consists of everything required to construct you very own audiophile quality power lead that we are certain will give an instant sound quality up-grade from standard power leads.

The set consists of a Furutech pure copper FI-1363 mains plug, this is only available from MCRU in this design, it is perfect for plugging into the back of mains conditioners like the PS Audio and IsoTek range as the cable exits straight out. The IEC end is the matching FI-11 copper IEC which is cryo treated using Furutech’s patented Alpha process (as is the mains plug) and is a doddle to wire up as there is a substantial cable clamping system on the IEC.

The cable is this set is one of Furutech’s best sellers, FP-314AG, consisting of silver plated live and neutral wires with copper earth wire and active earth screening system. Top quality cable and certain to offer tangible sonic improvements. 1.5 metres of cable is included.

Finally we have included what many audiophiles don’t consider important or often overlook, the humble FUSE. We have included in the set one of the very best audiophile fuses from Hi-Fi Tuning of Germany, the pioneers of audiophile fuses, the fuse normally retails for £35 but is included in the set FREE OF CHARGE.

Finally a length of black polyester braided sleeving and some heat-shrink to seal the ends and a de-oxit wipe to clean the plug pins to prevent oxidation, all in all a top quality DIY power cord set.

The set would normally sell for £181 if purchased individually, the price is £145 plus postage while stocks last. Order here.

If any member wants to discuss the merits of mains cables please do so elsewhere.

This section of the forum is for vendors, it is not for discussion of topics like "why does the last metre of cable make any difference", or "do audiophile fuses sound better", there are plenty of other threads covering those subjects and I have no intention of entering into lengthy debate as I simply do not have the time.

Once I answer 1 question another arises and cable wars start, this is not the place for that.

Have a nice day.

I just wanted simple answers to simple questions and no discussion.

Thanks, you too.
Good luck and best wishes on your business success.
