Yesterday, I made a blueberry pancake that was the size of my frying pan (just fit in the plate) and was 1.5" thick at least!! The recipie I followed was for 11 pancakes but I'm lazy so I just poured it all in

It took two sittings to kill it.

Yes! Excellent, so is blueberry pie.

We live in an area where all this stuff is grown and fresh. mmmmmmmmm. The pancake, ah - no.

apple pie or apple crumble? I vote for crumble myself.

Lovely. I wish I could eat the ice cream, but "Rice Dream" will do nicely.

I lived on nuts, berries and rice cakes for a year. Not too happy to see rice cakes. The diet was not by choice.

Rice cakes aren't half bad, depending on what you can put on them.

Easy street, tonight 9 year old son is having a sleep-over birthday party. 7 boys under 10 in my house for 24 hours...

They've been here for 1 hour so far...and I've nearly strangled 2 of 'em.....
