I have just gotten myself a webpage on awardspace.com! I need suggestions! I really don't know exactly what to do with it... I was planning maybe on having a daily or weekly blog or whatever by me, but other than that, I have no ideas. Any suggestions appreciated!

nice, keantoken!
Under construction I see

I talk to you more private.
Maybe I can direct you and give some advice
and show you some good webstuff.
And also tell you what I think of your webpages.

If you have a digital camera of your own, like i have now ( a Nikon )
you may put pictures of your projects quickly at your site.

Great avatar, lineup! You should keep that one!

I have upgraded my page. Please tell me if There is something wrong.

:D  :D

Anyone willing to help me put pages on my site? Making a site is quite overwelming at first, mostly because you don't know exactly what to put on it or what to do with it. Anyone who is willing to help me make pages or that will give me ideas, please step forth now...

:D  :D

So how exactly do you talk with me "more private"?

I use not ICQ, Yahoo and not MSN Messenger to talk to people directly.
I use a less commercial alternative called: jabber

It works just the same as other IM, Instant Messenger
but there is no sneaking spam.
Interface is very clean, but with all the functions.

Here is jabber homepage
http://www.jabber.org/

#

Open -- the Jabber protocols are free, open, public, and easily understandable; in addition, multiple implementations exist for clients, servers, components, and code libraries.
#

Standard -- the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) has formalized the core XML streaming protocols as an approved instant messaging and presence technology under the name of XMPP, and the XMPP specifications have been published as RFC 3920 and RFC 3921.
#

Proven -- the first Jabber technologies were developed by Jeremie Miller in 1998 and are now quite stable; hundreds of developers are working on Jabber technologies, there are tens of thousands of Jabber servers running on the Internet today, and millions of people use Jabber for IM.

there are good possibilities, nowaday, to use a jabber client
to talk to a MSN Messenger or other,
but best if your friends get download a free jabber client

I really recommend a new great instant jabber client:
Spark
download and install
Spark 2.0.1 -- September 11, 2006 http://www.jivesoftware.org/spark/

comes for WindowsXP(I have) and Mac and Linux/Unix

When you have installed Spark
we may decide what server we should use
there are many in USA as well as in most countries in Europe
and often server can communicate with eachother.

Here is a list of current public Jabber organsiation servers:
http://www.jabber.org/user/publicservers.shtml

And you can see if they support Contact with other IM-system

by the way:
now lineup got his own website

I did it! Finally got myself the spark jabber client (about time, I had tons of other stuff to do). My email is a yahoo account, and I haven't been able to configure any email clients for the server. How do you get the server address for a client? I have always wondered because I want to try out Mozilla's Thunderbird email client. Thanks ye for all ye done for me.
