Here, it would be Johns Hopkins and Harvard, though one could argue that for particular specialties, one might find a better school here or there.

ground reality about an institution in a country is known by its citizens.websites can be deceiving. so please list good medical colleges in your countries. Norway,Sweden,Germany,France etc etc.

Overhere it entirely depends on the area of expertise, for general medicin it's the scarf or shoe color that makes the difference.
I learned trauma work at E.R., still have a nice collection of Leibinger surgical clamps and cutters from that era. And on which side of the knife you are, according to my pocketfilling specialist girlfriend all academic hospitals are butcher shops.
