I need a list of top medical colleges in the different countries of the world.

Here, it would be Johns Hopkins and Harvard, though one could argue that for particular specialties, one might find a better school here or there.

ground reality about an institution in a country is known by its citizens.websites can be deceiving.

so please list good medical colleges in your countries.

It is generaly considered excellent training especially if you want to get into trauma work.

I would add Columbia University (which is wed at the hip to Cornell) here in New York, Yale in New Haven, University of Pennsylvania, Washington U. in St. Louis. Harvard and Johns Hopkins are usually ranked #1 and #2, however.

As the XYL is a molecular biologist/cancer researcher these are the familiar names we see when she goes around the country (and globe) giving presentations.

Overhere it entirely depends on the area of expertise, for general medicin it's the scarf or shoe color that makes the difference.
I learned trauma work at E.R., still have a nice collection of Leibinger surgical clamps and cutters from that era.

And on which side of the knife you are, according to my pocketfilling specialist girlfriend all academic hospitals are butcher shops.
