Default Female avatars.

It just occured to me that there are a sizeable amount of blokes/guys/fellows/chaps/males here (self included) that have a female of sorts as an avatar picture. What an unusual phenomena.

I had one, but I started to get suggestive replies, so I think it was misleading people into believing that the "S" stood for "Susan." (It's actually "Stuart")

Cartoons are much easier.

Not that unusual. Men have always named their boats after women. We are told to treat the ocean like a lady. Why not put a picture of your woman as your avatar. ...who cares. For the most part you are communicating with people you will never meet. If they want to read something into a female avatar, that's their choice. Maybe we should all post pictures of our favourite woman as our avatars.

Mine would be Mom

Cal, I edited something out of your post. Please don't use derogatory racial, sexual, gender, or ethnic terms, even in a humorous manner. We're not the PC police, but if I were a member of the group in question, I'd be pretty offended.
