I read that about three weeks ago in The Province.
Pathetic. I want to run around and kick-in-the-@$$ all those who read "1984" and said, "It ain't gonna happen"

I wouldn't loose to much sleep over it. I remember seeing on a science program a device that could identify individuals passing a certain point by footfall alone and this was in the mid 80's. At least with this they still have to tag you and with the right equipment you can find the tag. Think of the fun you could once you work how to hack these things.
