Default anyone know ANYTHING about a Villiers Mark 415HSV engine?

as the title says... I have this engine, sitting there.. doing stuff, umm.. and I kinda need/want to know what HP it is, and at what RPM before I decide what to do with it, and get a clutch for it, and what not.

thanx, I guess. I decided I'd ask here, as this motor is made here in Australia, and there seem to be quite a few, nice, helpful, caring, etc etc Aussies here

Ask a mower shop, it sounds old, HSV? horizontal side valve? thats 60's stuff, might be even earlier.
