Is this cut-price OEM software legal?

Naturally they claim it is legitimate, but considering the low prices, does anyone know if it is the real thing or just bootlegged stuff?

Microsoft SQL Server 2000 - $90?
I would say 100% illegal. That price is really far far away from anything I know.

Q. What will be reflected on my card statement?
