Default Is this cut-price OEM software legal?

Naturally they claim it is legitimate, but considering the low prices, does anyone know if it is the real thing or just bootlegged stuff?

Microsoft SQL Server 2000 - $90?
I would say 100% illegal. That price is really far far away from anything I know.

Q. What will be reflected on my card statement?
A. The charged payment will be reflected on your card statement in the currency of the country where the bank is geographically located (namely in RUR (Russian rubles). The charged amount may also vary to some extent due to the difference in the currency exchange (approx. +/- $3).

Q. What should I do if I'm not satisfied with my order and would like to get my money back?
A. If you have merchandise that is malfunctioning or seems to be defective or your order failed to be delivered for some reasons and you would like to cancel the order and get a refund, please do not dispute a charge with your credit card company. Contact us and we will credit the charged amount back and cancel the transaction.
