The coldest it was when i was driving cars in the cold was about -45-50, i had to remove the car battery and bring it into the house if i wanted to start the car the next morning....

our aircon is useless. we had it on only one room, temp set to 19*C and after four hours it was 34*C in that room... Its quite disgraceful.
