I've bought stuff off them in the past.... it would be sad to see them go as it will be another nail in the coffin for DIY audio in the UK.

It seems the owners are retiring so the business is up for sale. The sale particulars I saw suggest that the business could be made more profitable, so I guess that might mean price rises.

Wilmslow needs a shot of new blood. They have been around forever... i bought stuff from them in 1975.

new website, ecommerce capability, some new products, possibly a 'guest' designer and a way of differentiating from Falcon accoustics who have filled the gap wilmslow should have moved into. All possible but needs bravery.

before the wibbly wobbly web they were the go to company. Been in business for over 40 years. But had some hard times recently.
