Awaiting "Snow-ma-geddon"
Got 40 gallons of gas for the generator, plenty of wood for the fireplace:
 I am dreading the supermarket. Yesterday, on I-80 driving back to NJ I noted probably a hundred bucket trucks heading our way from Ohio, Indiana and Michigan. Tree service trucks coming from Ohio, Indiana and Virginia. |

It just stopped snowing in mid Michigan. I got a little over a foot of snow at my place. It's windy and drifting now. Be safe. You're in for a rough night.

We got almost no snow last Winter. I actually had to put on my insulated snowboots this morning when I went outside. Time to crank up the snowblower.

I'm right smack dab in the middle of it now, took the jeep out and had a little fun, almost got lost in my own town, vis is near zero, and most of the roads are unrecognizable....should be fun shovelling tomorrow.

Getting blasted by it pretty good here right now in Moncton. Really windy, big snow drifts etc. A Nor' Easter is upon us.. A good day to stay inside with a hot beverage beside the fire with some good music, that's my plan today
