I haven't got the faintest idea who you are and I have no recollection of ever reading another post from you. So no, it has absolutely nothing to do with you and everything to do with freedom of speech and the benefits of inclusivity. ;-)

I know he claims an association to Australia and that he had posted 807 previous times.

Afaik, that is some sort of secret society, the moderators.

In my opinion, this "call" doesn't work, a couple times I report a post and nothing happened.

As one of the moderators said earlier, such a move would lead to chaos. Please allow diyaudio.com to remain a forum where the experts and the novices interact, both for personal and common good. This is possible only because of the great work of our moderators.

Appreciate everyone's input. I think everything that could be said has been said- this forum is all about unfettered technical discussion, ALL sides of any issue welcome. Other forums work differently, and that's fine too- we all have lots of choices, it's an abundant universe.

Let me add that the core of the subject, keeping threads on topic, is already possible. If a thread goes off topic, clik the report post (the triangle with exclamation) and send a suggestion, with post #s, to split off the off-topic into a new thread.

We do this all the time, much gets not done because we can't be everywhere.
