It is as Wired Magazine put it when they said that science is finally scrambling to the top of the mountain on lots of these universe-defining issues only to find that scores of theologians and believers are already sitting there.
I never claimed to know absolutely everything about cosmology and the like (I am, after all, only 18). So... ok. |

Don't feel bad, NO one claims to know everything about cosmology. The only field of science which is "closed," in the sense that you can actually know all there is to know, is classical thermodynamics.

Kingd, even the Pope acknowledged a couple decades ago that the Big Bang follows Genesis 1....

![]() Hell is very much defined as a place in the bible: " And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried; And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. " - Luke 16:23-24 God is present in hell: "Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence? If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there." Psalms 139:7-8 IMHO (and I rarely have a humble opinion) the Bible, the Koran, etc are all more liken to "guides to live by" than the concrete, black and white teachings they are today. And this is hardly the place to be discussing theology, either..... Mark
