Default Very pleased with myself

This week I have fixed the heat sealing machine ( faulty diode controlling the latching of a relay) and fixed a monitor ( capacitor had blown s;:/)t everywhere) and modified the v old bagging machine in the small business I am a partner in.
This is probably nothing in the grand scheme of things, BUT
All of these skills I learnt from building stuff from audio forums like this and to the rest of my very small world I am revered as the guy who " can fix stuff".
All a bit wizard of OZ, cause I really know TT, very little, but it's fun non the less
Thanks!

Same happens with me. At all my jobs, I got the reputation as the guy who can fix anything in the lab that breaks, and it's all because of this hobby.

My reputation came straight from my father who for some reason became so dumb when I was 15 that he couldn't even check the oil in his car anymore. Took me till I was about 20 to figure it out.
