Graphic EQ.

Does anyone know where I can find a cheap graphic EQ in kit form, by budget is around $25. Thanks,

Elliott Sound Products has this graphic equalizer kit.
Musical Instrument Graphic Equaliser
But I couldn't find it in the price list. So maybe it's not available. ESP also has a graphic equalizer specifically for low frequencies, and a parametric equalizer, but I didn't see them in the price list either. Regardless, $25 is pretty low for a board and components, especially if you will need a power supply and a metal box with RCA jacks.

you can buy any of this cheap units and later replace the power supply with a toroidal .

e-bay. You can't buy the parts for your budget. Even the pots would cost more.
