Me and sleep are long time buddies. We go way back.

I reach home at 8-9PM, when should I be able to diy-audio?
That's why there have been no new Tubelab designs in like 3 years........

Yes, I tried skipping out on sleep. It makes my amps blow up because I can't remember stupid things like not running 450 volt caps on 600 volts.

I like sleep- but like some others, it's not as important as some other pursuits. If I didn't trade sleep for solder slinging, I would not have gotten my TVC mocked up this holiday weekend.

Then I'm as suspicious as hell and very wrong....

I live with bipolar and am still trying to get the meds sorted out 3 years after diagnosis.

On a high I regularly don't sleep for 2-4 days at a time (then get around 4 hours a night for a while) even when taking strong sedatives. All night long my brain is 'la la la la-la-la la' - I stay up and do all sorts of things. I've made cushions, repainted the lounge, read some of the longest threads here, watched 300+ movies....

On a low? I sleep up to 20 hours a day
