Quality of Christmas Music

Given the season, and the preponderance of the above said content, I was just wondering what the minimum hardware requirements are deemed appropriate for listening to Christmas music, you know, Kenny G, Bing Crosby, Dave Brubeck, The Chipmunks, carols, and my all time favorite

Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

any takers??:D;);)

Minimum hardware? I'd say at least a pint of eggnog or several glasses of cognac.
Be of good cheer!

(FWIW, I love Christmas tunes)

Time will tell whether recent compositions like "" will endure. I tend to prefer old classics like "I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas" (see < I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia > and < I Want a Hippopotamus For Christmas...(Lyrics in MORE) - YouTube >).

I like Pano's suggestion for equipment! Although I don't need the eggnog.:D

I find this to be a classic:

For "der Bingle" I would recommend a "Voice of Music" record player. I recall my sister (I didn't know she'd be a National Merit finalist) listening with her ear fixed to the speaker when we were in the mid-single digits of seniority.

I found another one of these VM antiques in good shape and gave it to the other sister for her wedding!
