Default Any members in Charlottesville, Virginia area?

Lady in Charlottesville, Virginia just lost her husband and is looking to part with his parts inventory. I'm on the other side of the country so can someone else from that area give her a hand?

I'm about 3 hours away in North Carolina. There should be someone closer, like Richmond, Roanoke or DC. If not, maybe I can help.

That's what is nice about this forum, both the concern and the response. Good old fashioned country style good-neighbourlyness.

Im in Southern MD, about three hours away. I would be willing to go over there and take pictures and pick up stuff, at least to get it off her hands. Unfortunately, Im too amateur to know the value of most of it, so I would need input after posting pictures on what a fair deal would be.

Similar situation with one of my uncle was an avid gun collector with a collection easily worth $10k. After my uncle died, one of his "friends" offered my aunt $500 for the lot. Im a bit bitter.
