Stanley Cup 2011

So, the Bruins won game seven against Tampa Bay last night, which means they take on Vancouver for the Stanley Cup starting with game one in Vancouver on Wed June 1st.

All I gotta say is: GO CANUCKS!!

My neighbor buddy is from Boston, so normally I would root against his team

But I'm from Chicago and Vancouver took us out so I don't think I can root for them either! I don't know what to do

I have a simple rule. I always vote for the team that eliminated us as I wish to lose only to the winner. Sometimes that's hard but...

Only the 3rd time in the 40 year history of the team that we go to the dance so I hope we experience the 3rd time lucky thing.

I was thinking that also. If we lost to the team that ultimately won it then we didn't do so bad either

. Now that you point out that this is only the third shot at it for Vancouver I guess I am gonna have to root for them. Boston has won it a bunch over the years. Can't wait to watch and see what happens!

No I wouldn't be the actual literal fan next to Cal's Dad?? Was meaning that besides the actual people who had responded to this thread via their posts, that Cals Dad was included too, who's obviously a happy and proud Canucks fan right now

i really hope from my heart that the bruins wont win the cup. they are a bunch of big dirty playing babies IMO. i think thomas will have to be spectacular if the bruins want to win because canuck s players are faster.
