Simmer two hours in:
water
vinegar
dill
salt
garlic
chilies
sugar
pickling spice

cool, slice thin and use like a deli meat

cold smoked Coho
no fat cottage cheese
green onion
milk
seasoned salt

mash together, put on cornbread
bake 20 minutes
broil 3 mins
