That looks good.
Tonight were are having ribs, spicy pickled beets and... not sure what else yet. Maybe some lasagna I have frozen. Ribs are bbq'd first then sauced and will be baked with a little wine in the bottom of the pan. Beets are a standard in the fridge for when you don't want to cook that night, same with the lasagna. The cat's away so the mouse is playing but he promised her dinner so... |

I thought you would like like it
![]() your ribs looks good too, as always but, we can't even buy that kind of meat here here we get something you would give to a dog its really bad but in my childhood we got very nice ribs very tasty when pot roasted and the brown sauce is unbelieveably good and potatos you should try it just like pot roasted chicken makes a nice sauce of its own very very tasty also with potatos I wonder if you know things like that ? fresh out the oven I'm sure you would like this even more, if you could taste it sourdough, and takes about 2 days to make and about 2 hours in the oven and preferably mature/dry for another 2 days, before eating and then it just gets better and better and it gives peace of mind I know it sounds strange but it really does oh, forgot I promissed someone a detailed describtion of how to I will try to remember next time |

Must be pretty disappointing to be in Europa and not able to aquire ribs. Here's a recipe that was on TV, and is enormously popular: Who Loves Ya Baby-Back? Recipe : Alton Brown : Food Network

At least the raw fish supply from his parts is high quality again this year.
(me personal favorites are free-range calf ribs, a lot of work to prep them, but worth it)
