See this carving knife that I made....

dangerous little thing :D

one funny thing I am learning now
my new knife isnt really sharp at all
cant even cut myself, even if trying hard
ofcourse I can make it sharp, if I want to

yet, even when not sharp at all, it still cuts so easy its unbelieveable
I think what does it is a very smooth and polished blade

Chicken rolled roast, if i don't mess it up (it's still in the oven)
i'll take it with me tomorrow - tastes good when served cold too -
when visiting my mother in hospital.
She suffered her 4th cerebro-vasculair accident (blood cloth in her brain)
this year only 5 days ago so we've had better christmases.
Her zest for life hasn't suffered a bit so there's always hope
