Oh yeh? well my rental car has a plate: 6PAK399
 I'm sure the cops take a second look. Good thing I dispise the idea of drunk driving. Its not that I care about the law, its just STUPID.

BTR is Russian military armored vehicle. Number place means, it is flying BTR.

Also, I saw a scan of a letter from DMV to the owner that asked him to change the registration number CTOXYEB because if to read it as Russian assuming Cyrillic letters it means a hundred of intimate body parts.
