There is an excellent interview somewhere with the researcher, the "teleportation" part is not quite the case.

Teleportation of information may be used to reconstruct the same thingy from the same vacuum. If to assume that information teleportation happens in no time, which sound of which chalk would you hear, I mean through which channel?

I've seen a patent on what looked like a concrete horn. I might be able to find the number if I looked for it.

My under-ground horn has "Wavebourn" molded on it. However, it is invisible through the floor, but in case of some dispute the floor can be cracked open.
