I use:

1) Firefox on PC/Safari on Mac
2) Windows Live Messenger
3) Adobe Photoshop
4) Microsoft Word
5) Macromedia Dreamweaver

Wine/LTSpiceIV (Windows version running well under Wine)
Dosbox/Orcad SDT3 (Dos version running well under dosbox)
VirtualBox (run Windows under a virtual machine on non dual boot machines)
