Just heard it on the radio from a representative of Nestle. Costs to much to manufacture, apparantly. Production has offically ceased; the only polywaffles left are those on the store shelves.
What are we going to throw into the swimming pool now? Bastards!

Like Mr. Big or Oh Henry bars here. They look suspicious floating in a pool too.
A taste test is usually required to differentiate.

Well then, there you go, there's always the option of going for the real thing instead of munching on replicas.

Look at it this way, for decades you've been chewing on cream filled Belgian Oublie rolls that have been dump-ed in your pool by a Swiss subsidiary.
In the meantime we overhere have been shelling hard cash for genuine Australian chocolates to get some distance from all variations of that waffle stuff. Good riddance i say, and what's wrong with dumping an authentic Aussie nugget in the jacuzzi. On desperate moments you can always find some relief in an Oz rooted Violet Crumble, and once it floats no one will care it's square.

They were marshmallow filled.
This reminds me of an Enya song...... Motion in the ocean, I think it was called. |
