Midnight. It's hot and dry, yet patching with rain. I'm wailing into my todo list at home - my screen a collage of terminal shells, browsers, and foobar2000 kernel streaming out some electronica. My flatmate passes me a glass of orange and cardamom ice cream and while somewhat peculiar it goes down a treat in the heat.

It's cold and wet outside. I have a big fuzzy tomcat on my lap and a parabolic heater aimed at us

Studying for Electronics and Circuits. It's a worrying exam, as it's tested in two stages - the second part, consisting of 25 marks, can only be accessed if you get more than 27/30 in the first part. Oh, and someone decided it'd be fun to not give us an equation sheet, so I'm sitting here trying to commit the Shockley equation to memory:

Id = Is * e ^ Vd/nVt (writing it down again can't hurt )

It's finally starting to cool down - it's been 30 degrees C all day, but there's a bit of a southerly breeze starting up now, so it's down to about 27. Feels much more pleasant.

Default takin it easy!

9.07PM in Melbourne, it's very hot this evening, still about 32 degrees C outside! Just relaxing with a cold drink, surfing the net and listening to some laid back music

now i'm reading diyAudio ! (so stupid that was never written before )
17.39 in Italy NorthWest, and i'm counting minutes (11), that separate me from coming back home, and continue to work on a recycled case for my DAC..
Probably that case will keep me away from the usual thursday's Texas Hold'em session with friends..

you guys from Australia, i strongly envy your summer (summer? here it's not winter yet..)
darkness from c.a. one hour, foggy, and 15°C (still quite warm, we already saw 2°C last week, it's only the beginning)
