I'm not into the new iPhone **,I'm with Geek-I want a phone to be a...PHONE!
(this does have a crappy camera,but it's been useful a couple times.)

LG Rumor.

The only fancy thing it has on it that I like is the full keyboard - only way to really make texting work. I've tried the camera once, but that was when I was looking at motorcycles to buy and just wanted to take some pictures as mental notes.

Hey SY - you should be able to convert this with some sub-miniture tubes and a headphone socket. Its about the same age as your Chevy too!

What the...that's still handheld! Where's the old briefcase phone?

Some of the old brick phones had a pretty beefy output,there's an RF amp in them that will crank out a couple watts! (reception in BFE,anyone?)

Talk about starting a thread on a thoroughly uninteresting topic. I’ve got an LG one, provided by my employer. When the stupid thing rings, I press the green button, or the red button if I’m having lunch. The charger plugs into the bottom. Whoopty doo.....
