Default acid reflux

can someone tell me if the burning of the thoat area due to this ailment is reversible?

I am concerned that the feeling of tightness in my chest is due to acid aspiration?

Yes, it may be a medical issue. Of course if you eat a big greasy pizza or hot wings or something before you go to bed and get reflux, it might be a behavioral issue.

I had the same and I have almost solved the problem in an annoying way.
I NEVER lay down in the first 1/2 hours after launch/dinner.
In that period of time the throug has to be higher than the stomac all the time.
it has worked for me.
hope this helps
