Thought I share this tip with you.
After working with chemicals, grease and solvents ones hands can get really dirty and rough. Many hand-cleaners only remove so much muck and you end up with hands you have to scrub until the blood flows... Here is how to clean your hands the "natural" way: Take a heaped tablespoon of sugar in one hand Add about a table-spoon of vegetable oil/olive oil and start massaging your hands. The sugar acts as an abrasive and cleans all the nooks and crannies of your skin. No harmful chemicals and no scrubbing. After massaging you simply wash off the oily sugar with regular face soap and warm water. Your hands will not only be clean but soft too. Cheers D PS - I know you’re a MAN but men... were civilized now and nice, clean hands are nothing to be ashamed of. |

I have a few diesel vehicles and after oil changes I end up with black stains on my hands.
Short of wearing the skin off nothing seems to remove it. Any suggestions?

A friend was a chef and swore by making bread after working on his diesel landrover. The dough picks out the oil and muck as you knead it, and if you make "artisan" bread with seeds and stuff nobody notices!
