Unfortunately for windows I believe the only way to resize is with paint, but the resizing goes by percentage so it's hit and miss.

I use this freeware program for resizing.......

In the end I used Paint, saw the percentage resize as you mentioned, so then tried Image > Attributes. It gave me the top left hand corner 75 x 75 and it looked cool so I used that.

Next time I will try the program that you pointed to, so thanks for the tip.

Yeah, as you found out, you can resize the image layout by pixels, but not the actual picture.
