UPS lost an LCD monitor that I shipped.
It was insured for $300, and now I am in the claim process. I can't find the receipt for the monitor, and the guys at the UPS store are telling me that UPS won't pay the insurance claim without it. Has anyone been through this? Do I need to take the local store to small claims court? Will any other kind of documentation suffice? Sucks to be me... herm |
