i have one ushio ss400d retro hps bulb for sale has less than 1 hour use on it selling for $50 shipped paypal only US only

Probably better to put this in the Market Place forums, specifically trading post. What I don't understand though is why someone would want to buy a used one for $50 when they can get a new one from atlanta light bulbs for 37.95 + shipping?
