Cool cheap metal halide $14.00 U.S

found a cheap metal halide and would like any opinions I know the color temp might not be all that great only 4,000 kelvin but,would still like anyone's opinion before I buy one thanks and heres the link http://www.bulbs.com/products/produc...ry=12060:cool:

Look at the size of that lamp! 4.625" diameter is very difficult to work with. Most builders consider Ushio retrofit lamps (< 2" diameter) to be the largest lamp they want to fit in a reflector, etc. They pay a premium for double-ended lamps less than 1" in diameter.

Does $14 vrs $38 make that much of a difference when you spread it out over 20000 hours of operation?
