anyone contacted Low priced magnetic 400W ebay vendor?

has anyone been able to correspond with the vendor that many of us are using?

I bought one a week and half a go but was never able to correspond with him. I was just trying to get him to tell me when he planned on shipping the ballast. maybe he's busy supplying all of us with the ballasts LOL,

just curious if this is normal that he doesn't answer emails but hopefully still ships in a timely manner.

Took a while for me to get a response too, but the company did get back to me eventually. I'd just wait a bit longer. If you haven't heard back by next week then you might try again, but I haven't had a problem communicating with them, other than the long delays.

yea it took awhile for me to get mine... but i got so eh and for that price i could wait.

i got my ballast, it was pretty fast after i thought about the holidays he had to ship it around.

he just doesn't communicate much or well.
