The original distance between the edge of reflector and the condensor is 48mm. to use with a 220mm F.L. field fresnel, that distance should be shorten to 21mm; with a 330mm F.L. field fresnel, that should be 29mm. it may varies a bit in real life. The fresnel is shown in 15" diagnal

18Wheeler,
I'm trying to find out if I can use my IceCap e ballast (for MH lamps) it is 250W at 120V. Do you think it would work? I read the discussion in the other thread about power ratings and such, but I am still unsure. I ask because I foun a single ended MH buld that will work with my ballast ( saving me money to spend on the lamp) with almost the same specs - 250W; arc length-5MM or so; and a life of 2000 hrs; 6500K for about $64 GBP that works out to about $100US. Still, $85 for 2 is not bad. If only I can get it to work.

What's the status on this lamp, bulb and ballast? Will it be available for North American voltage?
