i can get this bulb for cheap from somebody, but its sorta like a spot light tight bulb with the bulb built into the reflector. Its a metal halide.
http://www.donsbulbs.com/cgi-bin/r/b.pl/mh400rsp.html Anyone knows about this, if it is useable. I have a m59 ballast so it will work with my ballast.

Yes it will work, it looks great for our application! If you find any of these under $50, I might even buy one too.
