Ballast and Kit wiring

Hi, has anyone wired on of the ballast kit below. There are 4 terminals on the ballast and they aren't marked. How do I know which ones come in from the mains? Any help appreciated.

I've hard-wired a few ballasts in my time, remind me of what color the wires are and I will help. I know the white one goes to +, black one is ground, green is the earth ground. The other two are probably for different + voltages, 115, 220...etc
