Default Cracked condenser and other problems

Switched on my projector one day to find a super dim image. Opened it up and look what happened.

Click the image to open in full size.

Condenser lens seems to have cracked. Further inspection:

The OHP also came with a cracked reflector. Caused half the image to be a bit blur, but it's ok since I watch only widescreen movies.

Any ideas how to fix them? I found a couple of broken OHPs in the nearby junkyard but not sure if I can interchange reflectors and condenser lens just like that. My OHP is a Vega one made in Slovenia. Those in the junkyards are mostly Liesegangs.
