OHP parts in a box : image blurry

Hello everyone.


While a await my parts from lumenlab, I have put together in a box the parts from a OHP, so I used the fresnel and the lens.

The projected image is generally lit equally across, but when I try to focus, it only focuses in the middle of the image.

I have tried reversing the fresnel, putting it closer to the lamp, but it doesn't seem to work.

What am I doing wrong?
